Try your order risk-free. You have 90 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

Free returns and exchanges

Returns and size exchanges are free. If the fit isn’t right or you’re not completely happy, send us your order number through our contact page or by email at dolaybaela@gmail.com and we will send you the return details.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method. Banks usually take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
